Upland ArmchairPattyI ordered 2 upland armchairs online, and had them assembled by Task Rabbit. The chairs are too big and very uncomfortable. This armchair is made for a giant! I’m 5’ 7” tall and my feet barely touch the floor. The seat cushion is sinking in at the center and is not comfortable at all. The back cushion is too far back, so it is uncomfortable to lean back. I also hate the scratchy feel of the covers. I bought them on March 9, 2025 and just missed the deadline to return them. I called customer service and there is no warranty on them so I want to know if I can still return them.
Gorgeous, Comfortable Chairs!HeatherWe just received our Uppland Chairs yesterday and are already in love with them! We are now planning on ordering the coordinating sofa as our Pottery Barn sofa which is a similar style to the Uppland, has never been comfortable to me. These chairs are the best purchase that I have made in a very long time!
Firm and ComfyJenniceI read reviews on this product. I even watched you tube videos on assembling and. to see the height. I didn’t go to the store to check it out like i usually do. I must say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY LOVE SEAT AND ARMCHAIR WITH OTTOMAN. The best purchase i have made. I love that i can change the look of it with different color and patterns slip covers. Having pets machine washable is the number one thing in need when buying anything.

Very nice.Anonymous reviewerI was sad to see the Ektorp discontinued as I had several pieces. I will say the Uppland is much better and I’m happy I upgraded. The extra couple inches and the springs in the seat make a huge difference. Not crazy about the fabric selections. The loffallet beige was the best. The grays don’t feel nice and the all poly covers tend to get fuzzy. That’s better than pilling but still. Glad to see blekinge white back. How about a mint green? Bring back the blekinge pink or a light pastel floral? The value of the Uppland is unbeatable. Thanks Ikea.
UncomfortableMaryCushions are over stuffed and stiff. Impossible to get comfortable. Luckily I saved cushions from ektorp and switched so now it is much better
