What should I do if I forgot my IKEA Family account password?
If you have forgotten your IKEA Family account password, you can login using a one-time code.
Have you forgotten your password? No problem! Click on Alternative login with a one-time code or Forgot your password? on the login screen. We will then send you an email with the code or an invitation to change your password. If you have not received these instructions, check whether the email address you entered is correct and check the spam folder in your mailbox.

In your IKEA Family profile, you can cancel your membership yourself. When you are logged in, go to manage account, then in account settings, go to login and security. From here, you can delete the account.
